The Pinot Grigio of Terre Petrose is born in the lands of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a region suited for this international grape variety, appreciated for its elegance and freshness. Carefully vinified, it expresses a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a sign of careful fermentation and a clean style. On the nose, it offers delicate scents of apple, pear, and white flowers, accompanied by a pleasant minerality that recalls the terroir rich in clay and sand. On the palate, it is balanced, with lively acidity and a harmonious finish, ideal to accompany fish-based dishes or light appetizers.
