Le uve vengono interamente raccolte a mano, a perfetta maturazione e nelle ore più fresche del mattino. In breve tempo giungono in cantina, dove viene fatta una pressatura soffice delle uve intere. Il mosto fiore così ottenuto, dopo un primo travaso, viene collocato nelle vasche di fermentazione a temperatura controllata. Il vino rimane quindi sulle sue fecce fini per 8-9 mesi e poi imbottigliato.

Giallo paglierino, fine ed elegante, fruttato e complesso, assume nel tempo un largo bouquet di frutta: la pesca e la pera, in primis. Emergono note di fiori di campo.

Vino ideale a tutto pasto per pietanze di pesce, tonno e salmone crudo, antipasti di crostacei, primi piatti leggeri con sughi non elaborati. Molto apprezzato come aperitivo.
