The Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC Riserva Bachmann from Cantina Bozen shows a clear, luminous ruby color. On the nose it offers an elegant profile dominated by ripe red fruits like cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light floral hints and a delicate touch of spice. The intensity is measured, with balance that allows subtle impressions rather than overpowering aromas, and the bouquet develops with aeration revealing deeper tones without excess.

On the palate it displays a refined structure: medium body, balanced acidity and gentle tannins that support the drinking experience without aggression. The finish is persistent yet restrained, with fruity echoes and a slight savory note that invites another sip. Pair with white and lighter red meats, mushrooms and semi-aged cheeses; suitable for informal dinners as well as moments when a measured, characterful wine is desired. Serve at around 16–18°C.
