A cuvée produced from the blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier that is perfectly balanced and capable of offering the magnificent characteristics of the territory.

The grapes coming essentially from Grands and Premiers Crus located in the heart of Champagne, follow a traditional winemaking process that avoids premature oxidation. The malolactic fermentation is partial and the aging of the reserve wines takes place in wooden barrels, this to allow the aromas to acquire greater complexity. The “brut” dosage is moderate (8 g/l) to guarantee a balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity, without covering the character of the wine and its purity. Finally, aging on the yeasts takes place at a constant controlled temperature of 12°C for 3 years.

It appears in the glass with a particularly intense golden appearance with amber reflections. The foam is fine, lively and persistent. It conquers the sense of smell with an amazing bouquet characterized by floral aromas of vine flower, lime tree and on the finish an aromatic taste of lightly toasted bread. Upon aeration, refined hints of red fruits appear, mixed with notes of citrus fruits and honey.

In the mouth it is a riot of perfectly balanced aromas that range from fruity notes of currants, raspberries and ripe grapes, to a fragrant finish characterized by hints of bread and sweet biscuit nuances.

A vinous, ample and structured sip, which lends itself well to tasting as an aperitif wine; also excellent to accompany white meats and cold fish and seafood dishes.
