Of a lively ruby color with slight garnet reflections, this Pinot Noir Reserve from Alto Adige shows a fine, introspective texture: an elegant profile of small ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with subtle floral hints and a delicate spicy note that lengthens its thread. The Reserve brings greater concentration and complexity without sacrificing freshness; the tannins are fine, well integrated, and the drinking stays poised thanks to good acidity and a savory balance that supports a clean, persistent finish, inviting a second sip.

It benefits from a slightly aerated service: a short decanting releases deeper aromas and refines its softness. Served around 16–18 °C it pairs naturally with roasted or stewed meats, light game, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses; it also stands up well to heartier preparations of regional cuisine. It is a wine of restraint and character, suitable for relatively early consumption but capable of evolving gracefully in the cellar.
