Of a pale pink tending toward peach with fine, lively perlage, this Pinot Noir vinified as a rosé presents itself with grace and clarity. On the nose delicate red fruits emerge, along with a light floral note and a citrus hint that doesn't overpower; the profile remains essential but well defined. The palate is immediate, characterized by well-balanced freshness, good sapidity and a lean structure that favors drinkability without sacrificing a pleasant lingering finish. The wine shows a versatile, measured style: suitable as an aperitif, it pairs with many light preparations — tartare, shellfish, complex salads and fresh cheeses — and also stands up to more flavorful dishes when served in moderation.

Serve cold, in a glass that leaves room for the bubbles, to appreciate its aromatic cleanness and palate dynamics. It's an everyday yet carefully made choice, ideal when you seek an elegant but sincere sparkling rosé.

Winery history
The estate is led by the Bricolo family: parents Alberta and Roberto started the business, and it is now managed by their daughter Roberta. According to the winery, it was founded by the parents in 1975; in 2014 the current owners began the conversion to organic viticulture, which resulted in vineyard certification. Over the years the facilities have been expanded with architectural additions focused on hospitality and wine tourism.
Production philosophy
The company's philosophy centers on organic viticulture and sustainability: the organic approach is regarded as an indispensable choice to safeguard health and the land and to enhance the relationship between soil, vine and climate, with winemaking planned already in the vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills around the village of Custoza, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on glacially derived soils rich in pebbles and calcium carbonate, which impart minerality and salinity to the wines, typical of the Lake Garda area.
Awards and recognitions
Among the recognitions reported by the press and industry platforms are: Tre Bicchieri for the Custoza 'San Michelin'; international awards such as a Silver Medal and mentions in Decanter for the Custoza Superiore 'Summa'; and Mundus Vini medals for wines such as Ca' Nova.
