After careful selection of the grapes, at the right moment of ripeness, these are harvested manually and placed in boxes. This is followed by delicate pressing with selection of the best part of the grapes, for no more than 55% of the yield. Half of the fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, and half in oak barrels. According to the Classic Method, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle on the lees for a minimum of 20 months.
A Franciacorta that in the glass has an intense straw yellow color and the nose evokes an aroma of floral notes, ripe tropical fruit and butter that give this sparkling wine an exceptional bouquet. On the palate it shows from the first sip, a good personality and structure, and a soft and fresh taste.
A bubble that stands out for its pleasantness and sophistication, excellent in combination with courses based on cooked or raw fish, first courses with delicate sauces and sushi. A Franciacorta d'Autore that will certainly satisfy all palates.
