The Primitivo Puglia IGT Rosso "Infinitum" from the Torrevento winery is a wine that embodies the rich essence of the Puglia region. This wine is strictly produced from Primitivo grapes, a variety appreciated for its ability to intensely express the terroir and the warm, sunny climate of Southern Italy.

Visually, the Primitivo Infinitum presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections that herald its youthful liveliness. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruit such as plums and blackberries immediately stand out, enriched by hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and a light touch of tobacco, derived from a balanced aging in barrique.

On the palate, Torrevento's Primitivo reveals itself to be full and enveloping, with a solid structure but well balanced by acidity. The tannins are soft and mature, making this wine an optimal choice to accompany robust dishes such as roasted red meat, game, and aged cheeses. The taste persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasantly spicy and fruity aftertaste.

This wine is not only an excellent example of Primitivo di Puglia, but also a testament to Torrevento's commitment to preserving the winemaking traditions of the region while adopting modern vinification techniques.

Ideal for those looking for a wine that offers both intensity and elegance.

The Primitivo Puglia IGT Rosso "Infinitum" is therefore an excellent choice for lovers of full-bodied and aromatic wines, capable of offering a rich and satisfying drink every time you choose to open a bottle.

It manages an extensive vineyard area in Puglia, approximately 630 hectares. Sustainability-oriented approach with certifications and industry recognition. A varied regional portfolio: Castel del Monte, Primitivo and Salento areas.
Winery history
The company's history begins with the Liantonio family. In the post-war period—after the purchase of the ancient monastery in Contrada Torre del Vento—the company began to develop its production; from the 1990s it achieved commercial recognition and promoted the Nero di Troia grape with flagship labels such as Vigna Pedale. Company and industry sources cite key milestones linked to the return from migration, the 1948 acquisition of the tenuta and the entrepreneurial growth of the following decades.
Production philosophy
It combines tradition and innovation to enhance Puglia's indigenous grape varieties, focusing on sustainable practices in both the vineyard and the winery. The company declares its commitment to environmental, economic and ethical-social sustainability and adopts certifications and standards for quality and food safety.
Terroir and vineyards
Operating in the Alta Murgia at the foot of the UNESCO site Castel del Monte, it sources its grapes from three main areas of Puglia: the Castel del Monte area, the Primitivo/central area and southern Salento.
Awards and recognitions
The winery's labels have been honored with significant awards: Vigna Pedale has received, among others, the Tre Bicchieri award and international medals. The winery has also received a Gambero Rosso award for sustainable viticulture.
