Prosecco Brut - Sette Anime is born in the gentle hills of Veneto, the ideal cradle for the Glera grape variety, the protagonist of this refined sparkling wine. The steel vinification and the subsequent secondary fermentation through the Charmat method impart freshness and liveliness, enhancing the delicate fruity and floral notes. In the glass, it presents a clear straw color and a fine, persistent perlage, accompanied by hints of green apple, pear, and white flowers. The taste is balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it perfect for light aperitifs or pairings with seafood appetizers.
