Alla vista, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino luminoso e un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, emergono profumi intensi e fragranti di fiori bianchi, mela verde e agrumi, accompagnati da delicate note di pera e una sottile nota di lievito. Al palato, il Prosecco DOC Extra Dry di Giulia Rebi si rivela fresco e armonioso, con una piacevole effervescenza che esalta i sentori fruttati e floreali percepiti all'olfatto.
Questo spumante è perfetto come aperitivo, ma si abbina meravigliosamente anche a piatti leggeri come antipasti di pesce, sushi, crostacei e insalate estive. Può essere una scelta eccellente anche in accompagnamento a dolci delicati a base di frutta.
