The Prosecco DOC Extra Dry of Silterra is born in the hills of Veneto, a land suited for the cultivation of Glera, an indigenous grape variety from which this sparkling wine with a fresh and enveloping character is obtained.

The Charmat method, traditional for Prosecco, gives the wine a fine and persistent foam, accompanied by a lively perlage, an expression of the delicate typical effervescence.

On the nose, it stands out for floral and fruity aromas, with hints of green apple, pear, and notes of acacia flowers, which blend into a harmonious bouquet. On the palate, it offers a pleasant sweetness balanced by a vibrant freshness that invites one sip after another.

Ideal as an aperitif and a perfect companion for light appetizers, sushi, or fish-based dishes, this Extra Dry embodies the elegance and versatility of Venetian Prosecco in every sip.
