This Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry from Bolla shows a bright, inviting appearance. The bouquet is delicate but distinctive, with notes of wild strawberry, white flowers and a hint of ripe citrus; the aromatic profile remains fresh and immediate, without excess. On the palate the presence of residual sugar is balanced by lively effervescence, which supports a nimble and pleasant sip, aimed at those seeking a versatile role at the table.

The palate is lean, with a sapid quality that lengthens the finish and a persistence that leaves fruity and floral impressions. Light-bodied and clean, the wine is suitable both for aperitif and for light pairings: seafood crudités, summer salads and delicate cured meats, without ruling out fruit-based desserts. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to enhance freshness and bubbles; the glass reveals a natural pleasantness, ready to fit in with balance on any informal occasion.
