The Colli del Soligo Extra Dry Vintage Prosecco DOC exemplifies the excellence in Prosecco production, one of the most loved and appreciated Italian sparkling wines worldwide. Originating from the picturesque hills of Veneto, this sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and pleasant effervescence.

Produced exclusively with carefully selected Glera grapes, the Colli del Soligo Extra Dry Vintage Prosecco DOC is vinified using the Charmat method, which preserves the natural aromas of the grapes and results in a high-quality sparkling wine. The alcohol content is around 11-12%, making it ideal for enjoyable consumption on various occasions.

Visually, it displays a soft straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of the best Proseccos. The bubbles are fine and persistent, a sign of controlled fermentation and high quality. On the nose, this sparkling wine surprises with a delicate bouquet where notes of green apple, pear, and citrus emerge, enhanced by slight floral hints of wisteria and acacia.

On the palate, the Colli del Soligo Extra Dry Vintage Prosecco is lively and fresh. The entry is smooth, thanks to a well-balanced sweetness that leads into a savory and pleasantly fruity finish, which always invites another sip. Its well-measured acidity and moderate sweetness make it particularly versatile, capable of complementing both aperitifs and dishes of fish or delicate white meat preparations.

A classic for celebrations, also ideal as a refined gift or to enjoy a special moment, the Colli del Soligo Extra Dry Vintage Prosecco DOC adds a touch of elegance to any occasion.
