Tenuta La Maredana is produced with carefully selected Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested in the vineyards of the estate of the same name from which it takes its name.
At sight it has a splendid bright pale pink color, with persistent perlage. The olfactory profile denotes fruity scents of apple, pear and small red berries. The palate is in perfect harmony with the nose, and it turns out to be pleasantly harmonious and pleasant on the palate.
A refined glass that lends itself well to accompanying carpaccio and fish tartare, and certainly to be sipped as an aperitif.
