This Jeroboam from Tenute Gabe interprets the Valdobbiadene Conegliano DOCG with a frank, lively style. In the glass it shows fine bubbles and a bright straw-yellow colour; the aromatic profile is delicate, with white flowers and ripe citrus, and a slight mineral note that recalls the name Fior di Sale. The Brut dosage keeps it dry on the palate without being austere, emphasizing freshness and salinity rather than softness. Overall it gives a sense of pleasant immediacy, suited to those looking for light but distinctive bubbles.

On the palate it is lively, light-bodied but well supported by acidity, with a fresh rhythm that prolongs the finish and invites a second sip. The bottle's large format makes it perfect for convivial moments and to accompany seafood starters, raw shellfish and seafood dishes, or as an elegant aperitif. Serve chilled; the ideal temperature enhances the freshness and lets the subtle saline note come through, while pouring it into wide coupes allows the bubbles to express themselves at their best.
