Let’s talk about Prosecco Valdobbiadene Conegliano Dry - Estate Indiana - Tenute Gabe

More questions

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Conegliano Dry of Tenute Gabe is born in the heart of the historic area of the Colline di Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO-recognized heritage for the quality of its vineyards. Obtained from selected Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, the result of careful sparkling fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method.

On the nose it reveals delicate scents of green apple, white flowers, and a light mineral note reminiscent of the hilly territory characterized by clayey and calcareous soils. The palate is soft, balanced with a slightly sweeter taste compared to brut, typical of the Dry version, which favors a pleasant sensation of roundness and freshness.

Perfect to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and vegetable-based preparations, this Prosecco embodies the elegance and finesse of the Veneto territory in every sip.

The story
The GABE project was born from the professional experience of Gabriella Benedetta Vettoretti, who grew up in a family of winegrowers in the Cartizze area. After years working in the family business, Gabriella began her own entrepreneurial journey, focusing on expressive sparkling wines from the Treviso area.
Production philosophy
Respect for the land and for production regulations, combined with a contemporary interpretation of the product: wines designed to highlight the terroir while also communicating through image, color and experience. The estate offers guided tours, tastings and hospitality rooted in an experiential approach.
Terroir and vineyards
The wines are produced in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene (Province of Treviso), with reference also to the Trevigiano plains for the Prosecco DOC labels. The winery reports ties to the Cartizze area and the Valdobbiadene territory.
