The Rhum Agricole Profil 105 Élevé Sous Bois BIO by Neisson represents an authentic expression of Martinique, the beating heart of the agricultural rum tradition. Distilled using a traditional method from pure organic sugarcane juice, this rum stands out for its intensity and purity, enhanced by aging in wooden barrels that impart woody notes and a enveloping aromatic complexity. The term "Profil 105" indicates the particularly high alcohol content, 52 degrees, which highlights the richness and powerful structure of the distillate without ever being aggressive.

On the nose, lively scents of fresh cane mingle with delicate hints of vanilla, sweet spices, and a light smokiness given by aging under wood. On the palate, Profil 105 is full and warm, with a long and pleasantly complex aromatic persistence, perfectly balancing herbal freshness and woody softness. This rum is wonderful both enjoyed neat, to admire its depth and personality, and as the base for cocktails with a refined soul. A true gem for rum lovers who appreciate elegance and respect for the land.
