Louis Guntrum's Riesling Brut sparkling wine is a refined expression of the style and quality that characterize German wine production, especially that of the Rhineland region. This winery, with a long history that testifies to the passion and commitment in the creation of high-end wines, offers a sparkling wine that celebrates Riesling, the emblematic grape variety of Germany, known for its versatility and the ability to produce wines from excellent balance between acidity and sweetness, aromatic depth and longevity.

The production of Riesling Brut sparkling wine follows the criteria of the classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle which guarantees a fine and persistent bubble, enriching the wine with complexity and a delicate creaminess. This process, combined with the intrinsic characteristics of Riesling grown in the rich and varied soils of the Rhineland, leads to the creation of a sparkling wine of great elegance and refinement.

Visually, the sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a sign of the freshness and youth of the wine. The perlage is fine and constant, creating an inviting visual effect in the glass. On the nose, it opens with an intensely fruity and floral aromatic bouquet, where notes of green apple, citrus fruit and white peach blend with nuances of wild flowers and a light mineral touch, typical of Riesling, which adds depth and complexity.

In the mouth, the Riesling Brut sparkling wine by Louis Guntrum demonstrates a perfect balance between the lively acidity, characteristic of the grape variety, and the structure given by the maturation on the yeasts. The fresh fruit flavors are confirmed, accompanied by a light briosca and mineral note which leads to a long and pleasantly refreshing finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, seafood, fish-based dishes and Asian cuisine, Louis Guntrum's Riesling Brut sparkling wine is an excellent choice for those looking for a highly drinkable and refined sparkling wine, capable of offering a tasting experience that combines the German wine tradition with the modernity of the sparkling style.
