Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this Ripasso is distinguished by partial aging on the Amarone skins, which imparts aromatic depth and a enveloping tannic structure. The result is a wine of intense ruby color, with intense aromas of ripe cherries, sweet spices, and a slight hint of vanilla linked to aging in wooden barrels.
On the palate it is round, with a full body and an engaging balance between freshness and softness. The persistence is remarkable, with fruity recalls and a slightly spicy finish. Perfect when paired with traditional Venetian dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses, it is an authentic expression of the production territory and the Pasqua winery experience.
