In the glass it shows a bright ruby that immediately invites a sip. The expressiveness is dominated by floral and fruity notes: rose petals, small fresh red berries and a hint of ripe raspberry that never slips into jam. The sip is surprising for its enveloping softness and for a well-balanced sweetness, supported by a lively acidity that maintains lightness and freshness. The texture is fine, with barely perceptible tannins and a persistence that recalls the initial aromas without feeling heavy.

It naturally lends itself to finishing a meal: it accompanies chocolate desserts, dry pastries and fruit tarts, but is equally satisfying alongside fresh cheeses or savory preparations with a slightly sweet component. It is best served fairly chilled to enhance the aromatic freshness and the pleasant drinkability. Also ideal for shared tastings at the table, it offers a gentle, recognizable finish without weighing you down.
