The Roero Arneis DOCG of Cortine, produced by Piazzo Comm. Armando, is born on the gentle hills of the Roero, a renowned area of Piedmont known for the quality of its white wines.
Made entirely with the Arneis grape variety, this white wine fully expresses its aromaticity and freshness, emblematic characteristics of this native variety. The vinification in stainless steel preserves the fragrant nature and the bright acidity of the must, enhancing aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach, accompanied by floral notes of white flowers and a pleasant minerality that recalls the sandy soil rich in sandstones typical of the Roero.
The result is an elegant, balanced wine with a slender body, ideal to pair with fish dishes, light white meats, or delicate appetizers. A luminous and savory expression that tells the essence of the Piedmont territory with refined spontaneity.
