Auriga is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes in Serra di Castel Bolognese.
The red vinification is carried out with destemming and maceration on the marc for about 10 days, with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30° on selected yeasts. Maturation and refinement take place in vitrified cement tanks for a period of 2 months; before being put on the market, the wine is further refined in the bottle.
At sight its ruby red color with violet reflections enchants. The olfactory profile is typically vinous, with marked floral aromas of violet. In the mouth the taste is dry and harmonious, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Perfect in combination with first courses with meat sauce, excellent with white meats and ideal with roasts and fish soups. It is advisable to open the bottle a few hours before tasting.
