The Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore Biodynamico from VignalMonte, produced by Podere Vecciano, represents an excellent example of how biodynamic techniques can enhance the expression of terroir in a wine. This Sangiovese is cultivated in accordance with the principles of biodynamic agriculture, which emphasizes the interaction between soil, plants, and animals, creating a completely sustainable agricultural system that directly reflects in the quality of the wine.

With an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, this wine expresses complex notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, enriched by hints of earthy spices and a slight touch of vanilla, resulting from its aging in wood. On the palate, the Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore Biodynamico manifests with a full and structured body. The tannins are well integrated and soft, balanced by a fresh acidity that leads to a persistent and intriguingly aromatic finish.

Perfect for accompanying traditional Italian cuisine dishes such as tagliatelle with wild boar ragù or aged cheeses, this Sangiovese is also an excellent companion for refined tasting evenings.

The choice to practice biodynamic viticulture not only elevates the quality of the wine but also testifies to a commitment to environmental sustainability that more and more consumers appreciate. With the Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore Biodynamico, Podere Vecciano offers an authentic tasting experience deeply connected to the Romagna territory, making each sip an exploratory journey into Italian winemaking traditions, kept alive through eco-sustainable practices.
