This wine represents an excellence of Romagna viticulture, highlighting the Sangiovese varietal in a special organic version. Produced by the renowned Celli winery, the "Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore Biologico - Le Grillaie" stands out for its meticulous attention to environmental sustainability and the quality of the production process.

Cultivated on the region's typical clay soils, this organic Sangiovese undergoes a maturation process that enriches it with intense and persistent aromas. Visually, it presents a deep ruby red color, clear evidence of its structure and integrity. On the nose, enveloping notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum emerge, enriched by delicate spicy nuances of black pepper and a light hint of tobacco from the slight aging in oak barrels.

On the palate, "Le Grillaie" delights with its perfect balance between acidity and well-polished, never invasive tannins, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish. Perfect for accompanying robust Romagna cuisine dishes, such as tagliatelle with wild boar ragù or roasted meats, this wine best expresses the characteristics of the terroir it comes from.

Ideal to enjoy at a temperature of 18-20°C, this Sangiovese Superiore reflects the authentic passion and craftsmanship of the Celli winery, committed to offering a product that respects the authentic taste of organic wine. An incredible expression of the Italian winemaking heritage that will satisfy the most discerning wine enthusiasts.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes.
