Rosamara Valtenesi Rosé DOC in magnum format expresses an elegant, immediate balance: pale pink with luminous highlights, it opens on delicate, fresh fruity notes reminiscent of ripe strawberry and small red berries, supported by a light floral hint. On the nose it avoids unnecessary exaggeration, offering a pleasant clarity that precedes a smooth, well-defined sip. The acidity is lively without being intrusive, the texture is subtle and savory, with a persistence that stays on the fruit and on imagined vintages of pleasant lightness.

The magnum format adds a practical element: greater stability when serving and an impressive table presence ideal for shared dinners. Serve chilled, accompanying seafood appetizers, composed salads, grilled fish dishes or summer finger food; it also stands up well to mildly spiced dishes thanks to its clean palate. It’s a rosé that aims for the pleasure of drinking, suited to those seeking a wine of moderate character, easy to pair and designed for convivial moments.
