Rosato IGP Sorelle - Cotarella embodies the elegance and freshness of the Umbrian territory, an authentic expression of a grape variety carefully selected to enhance softness and liveliness.

Produced mainly from Sangiovese grapes, this rosé stands out for its pale pink color with bright reflections, the result of a short maceration that preserves freshness and aromas. On the nose, it is an invitation to spring, with notes of strawberry, cherry, and a delicate floral hint intertwined with citrus nuances. The sip is vibrant yet balanced, with a good acidity that makes the drink agile and harmonious, perfect to accompany light dishes such as seafood salads, vegetable risottos, and fresh cheeses.

Rosato IGP Sorelle is a tribute to Umbrian tradition reinterpreted with modernity, ideal for those seeking a refined and versatile rosé to enjoy on any occasion.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
