The Rosato IGT Rosa di Elena from Collestefano, produced organically, shows a pale, luminous pink color. On the nose it offers delicate sensations of red berries and floral hints, accompanied by light citrus notes and fresh herbs. On the palate it displays freshness and a lean structure, with balanced acidity and minimal tannins that allow for an easy drink. It suits those looking for a versatile rosé to enjoy young, in informal occasions or to accompany light dishes based on vegetables, fish and white meats.

Moderate salinity and a clean finish also make it pleasant as an aperitif. As an organic wine, it is worth considering for buyers who value more sustainable farming practices; however, without further information on grape variety or vintage, it is advisable to taste it to judge personal harmony. It is generally best consumed within a short time after harvest; serve chilled, but not overly cold, to appreciate its more delicate aromas.
