The Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP Rock Angel from Château d'Esclans presents a measured personality consistent with the appellation. The colour is clear and bright; on the nose there are successive impressions of small red fruits, peach and light citrus notes, accompanied by floral hints that add finesse. On the palate it shows a balance of freshness and salinity, with restrained body, good drinkability and a clean, persistent finish that invites the next sip.

This is a versatile rosé, suitable for convivial occasions and to pair with light preparations: starters based on vegetables or fish, simple seafood dishes, white meats and summer salads. It is also well suited to informal aperitifs and relaxed outdoor moments. Serve chilled, typically between 8 and 10 °C, in not-too-narrow glasses to enhance the aromas. Store in a cool place and prefer to drink young to best appreciate its freshness and aromatic delicacy.
