An Abruzzo wine made from grapes, usually harvested early, from vines grown with the espalier and tendone system, grown on medium-textured soil. The vinification involves a stay on the lees for about 3-4 months, the wine then ages in stainless steel tanks.
It has a bright pink color of medium intensity. The olfactory profile is full of floral scents of violet and rose, followed by aromas of acidulous red berry fruit including raspberry and currant. A fresh and balanced sip, with a savory finish of small red fruits to be savored.
Excellent glass to combine with appetizing aperitifs, white meat and fish dishes.
