The Rosso IGT "La Svolta" from Cantina della Volta is a red wine with a contemporary profile, intended for everyday use yet crafted with care. It appears a medium ruby colour with lively highlights; on the nose it offers impressions of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and a subtle spice that adds complexity without dominating. On the palate it shows balance between freshness and structure, soft tannins and a pleasant persistence that invites another sip. The sensory approach is straightforward and restrained.

It pairs well with home-style dishes, lighter red and white meats, medium-aged cheeses and tomato-based preparations; it also works as a table wine for everyday conviviality. Serve at around 16–18 °C, opening the bottle a few minutes beforehand for added roundness. Storage: consume within a few years to enjoy its freshness, avoiding exposure to excessive light and heat. A versatile option for those seeking a frank and measured Rosso IGT.
