The Rosso IGT "Vigna del Picchio" by Azienda Agricola Rinaldini is a wine that embodies the passion and commitment of this Emilian winery in the production of quality wines, which express the essence of their terroir and the richness of the cultivated vines. Located in a region known for its winemaking diversity and historic winemaking tradition, Azienda Agricola Rinaldini pursues an approach that combines innovation and respect for nature, dedicating itself to the cultivation of local and international grape varieties to create distinctive and rich wines personality.

The "Vigna del Picchio" is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes, mainly local varieties, which are carefully processed to maintain their expressiveness and aromatic intensity unaltered. This wine is the result of careful vinification, which aims to enhance the varietal characteristics and unique character of the blend, followed by refinement that enriches its complexity and structure.

Winemaking involves the use of modern techniques, with controlled temperature fermentation to preserve the primary aromas of the fruit, followed by aging in wood which gives the wine notes of spices, vanilla and a delicate toasting, integrating perfectly with the profile original aromatic.

At sight, the "Vigna del Picchio" presents itself with an intense and deep red color, a sign of the richness and concentration of the wine. On the nose, a complex and enveloping bouquet emerges, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, enriched by nuances of spices, chocolate and a light balsamic touch, which reflect the elegant passage in wood.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a robust and harmonious structure, with soft and well-integrated tannins that support a rich range of flavors and a long aromatic persistence. The balance between acidity and body makes "Vigna del Picchio" a highly drinkable wine, with a long and pleasantly spicy finish.

Ideal to accompany rich and tasty dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, such as pasta with ragù, red meats and mature cheeses, the Rosso IGT "Vigna del Picchio" from Azienda Agricola Rinaldini is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines intensity, complexity and authenticity, offering a taste of Emilia's winemaking prowess and the Rinaldini family's passion for quality viticulture.
