The Rosso Marche IGT Dezio from Dezi Winery is a wine that exquisitely represents the unique qualities that the Marche hills can offer. This red wine stands out for its versatile and harmonious character, with an aromatic bouquet that comes from a meticulous selection of native grapes.

The color palette displays an intense ruby red, with hints that lean towards dark purple, typical of bottle aging which refines its organoleptic qualities. On the nose, Dezio awakens an interesting olfactory complexity, where ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, blend with spicy accents of black pepper and a light hint of tobacco. This is enriched by a subtle and pleasant vein of vanilla, deriving from wood aging.

On the palate, the Rosso Marche IGT Dezio shows an extraordinary structure: well balanced, with soft yet present tannins that ensure a pleasant taste persistence. The alcohol content is well balanced by acidity, which makes it particularly suitable to accompany dishes rich in flavors, such as grilled red meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses.

Perfect for immediate tasting, this wine also has excellent aging potential, evolving in complexity and intensity. Serving it at a temperature of 16-18°C will help to enhance all its organoleptic properties.

With its elegant bottle and enviable taste profile, the Rosso Marche IGT Dezio from Dezi Winery is an excellent option for any wine enthusiast who seeks to discover or rediscover the authentic expressions of the Marche territory.
