Format 75 cl
Rosso Vettina Pergola DOC from Fattoria Villa Ligi presents a straightforward, easygoing profile. On the nose it shows notes of ripe red fruit with subtle spicy hints and undergrowth nuances, forming a discreet, non-intrusive ensemble. The body is balanced: tannins are present but smoothed, acidity is measured and the juicy palate invites the next sip. The alcohol is well integrated into the overall structure, contributing fullness without heaviness.

It pairs easily with everyday dishes: cured meats, pasta with rustic sauces, well-seasoned white meats and soft cheeses. Suitable for an informal dinner or a convivial meal where its versatility best expresses itself. Serve at about 16–18 °C and choose a wide glass to enhance aromatic expression. A short aeration in a decanter can further bring out its aromas.
