The Rum Bianco R74 by Roner is a distillate that combines tradition and modernity, produced in the heart of Alto Adige, a region known mainly for its wines but which here also proves to be an excellent setting for high-quality distillates. Made with selected raw materials and carefully refined, this rum is clear and crystalline, expressing a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic complexity.
On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of vanilla, citrus, and light herbal nuances, signaling careful processing and a careful choice of cask and drawing during the short aging. On the palate, it is soft and rounded, with a structure that invites slow tastings, where hints of cane sugar and a persistent aftertaste recalling coconut and a mineral touch emerge.
Perfect to sip neat or as an elegant base for refined cocktails, the Rum Bianco R74 represents a small gem of modern Italian distillation.
