The Vallone Salento Verdeca IGP is a shining example of Apulian viticulture, capturing the essence of the local terroir with skill and delicacy. This white wine, produced from carefully selected Verdeca grapes, is the result of meticulous winemaking aimed at preserving the fresh and vibrant aromas typical of this variety.

Visually, the Salento Verdeca presents a light straw yellow color, enriched with greenish reflections that testify to its freshness. On the nose, it offers a charming aromatic bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, combined with nuances of white flowers and a light touch of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, freshness takes center stage, thanks to well-balanced acidity that makes the sip lively and pleasantly persistent. Its well-integrated minerality and citrus notes lend this wine a surprising complexity, making it extremely versatile with meals. It is particularly suitable for pairing with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers, or as an aperitif.

The Vallone Salento Verdeca IGP is not just a wine, but a true ambassador of Puglia, capable of telling stories of sun-drenched southern Italian landscapes with every sip. With a moderate alcohol content, seasoned by the typical freshness of the Salento area, this wine promises to provide moments of pure pleasure while savoring the essence of the Mediterranean.
