Winery history

The Colosi family has been cultivating vineyards in the Aeolian Islands for decades. Current management is carried out by family members, with production activities spread between the island of Salina and the administrative and bottling headquarters in Giammoro, in the province of Messina. Over the years the company has developed both local wines typical of the Aeolian Islands and broader ranges for the Sicilian and international markets.

Production philosophy

Showcasing the native grape varieties of the Aeolian Islands through production practices that respect the local territory, offering wines that express the island's minerality and aromatic character; at the same time, the company offers a low environmental impact/organic line.

Terroir and vineyards

Main wine-growing presence on the island of Salina in the Aeolian Islands, with the winemaking cellar set among the vineyards on Salina and bottling and commercial operations carried out at the Giammoro / Pace del Mela site. Some lines also use grapes from other areas of Sicily.
