Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
A pleasant expression of the mountain territory, this red presents an elegant, measured profile: on the nose ripe red and black fruits emerge, with light floral notes and a thread of sweet spices that do not overpower the freshness. The whole is supported by good sapidity and measured tannins, which provide structure without weighing it down; the palate remains flowing and composed, with a sober and refined character. A discreet mineral note refines the profile, contributing to that sense of cleanliness and precision that also makes it suitable for more complex pairings.

On the palate the sip is enveloping yet taut, with a fresh texture that invites a second glass and a pleasant persistence that leaves fruity and earthy memories. The well-integrated tannic structure and controlled acidity make it enjoyable both in youth and after a few years; opening it an hour before serving helps it to open up. It is a versatile table wine: it accompanies roasts, braises, mushroom-based dishes or light game, and aged cheeses. Serve slightly cool.
