Still white wine born in the best vineyards of the municipality of Appiano in Trentino Alto Adige.
It is a wine produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes harvested between the third week of September and the first 10 days of October. It is a Chardonnay that belongs to the most important line of the Saint Michael Eppan winery.
It is left to ferment in barriques, then aged in stainless steel containers for a further six months.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections with an olfactory opening of a fruity bouquet with some aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and toasted notes.
On the palate it is important and mineral.
Perfect to taste with fish-based dishes.
