Solaris is the spearhead of the cellar, a complex and full-bodied Sangiovese, powerful and elegant at the same time, which comes from the vineyard of the same name owned by the Zavalloni family. After fermentation, the wine is left to mature for 12 months, a part in wooden barrels and the remainder in steel.
It has a deep ruby red colour. The olfactory profile is intense and gives off fruity sensations of cherry and currant, followed by aromas of macerated flowers, hints of spices and balsamic references. The sip is full and satisfying, perfectly balanced, with tannins integrated into the body. The finish is long and savory.
It is recommended to combine it with dishes based on beef and game, excellent with aged cheeses.
