Pairing Fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses
Wine that immediately displays vibrant freshness and an aromatic profile that is pronounced but not intrusive: the glass reveals sharp citrus notes, tomato leaf and light hints of white flowers, with an herbaceous undertone that evokes alpine plants more than intrusive greenery. The palate is linear and well-defined, with a clean acidity that supports the drink and gives it momentum; the body remains restrained yet present, offering a pleasant sapid finish that lengthens its persistence without becoming overpowering. In the kitchen it pairs with delicate seafood preparations, steamed fish or shellfish, as well as vegetable-based starters and fresh cheeses; it can also stand up to more aromatic dishes without losing itself.

Best enjoyed at a moderately cool temperature, in large glasses that allow the aromas to breathe, and suitable both for immediate consumption and for small culinary pairings that demand precision and clarity of flavour.
