The Sauvignon Trevenezie IGT from Bolla offers an immediate, sincere profile where freshness prevails without being aggressive. On the nose there are green and citrus notes — grapefruit, cut grass and a hint of tomato leaf — well balanced by a light minerality that adds sapidity. The aromatic structure is clear and linear, with a finesse that favors balance over power; the body remains lean, with a fluid texture that highlights everyday drinkability without losing character.

On the palate the sip is lively, supported by a fresh acidity that cleanses and lengthens the finish; the texture is just soft enough to provide roundness without weighing it down, while the citrus returns maintain a pleasant persistence. It pairs nicely with light seafood dishes, hearty salads, baked fish or fresh cheeses, and also stands up well to shellfish preparations with aromatic herbs. Serve chilled, around 8–10°C, to capture its aromatic brightness: a versatile, solid white that’s easy to pair.
