The Spumante Bianco Extra Dry Millesimato Gran Cuvée Prestige from Maschio Dei Cavalieri shows fine bubbles with a persistent perlage. The colour is pale straw with greenish reflections; on the nose it offers delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light floral hints that do not overpower the whole. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasant roundness from balanced residual sugar; the finish is saline and leaves a clean sensation that invites a second sip.

It is recommended to serve at around 6–8°C in tulip glasses to preserve the aromas and freshness.
