The Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs - Varichon & Clerc is born from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards benefiting from a dedicated terroir, characterized by a calcareous soil and a mild microclimate ideal for the expression of this classic grape variety. The denomination of origin, although not specified, fits into a production context where tradition and innovation meet to enhance the elegance of the Blanc de Blancs.

The aging takes place mainly on the lees, giving this sparkling wine a refined aromatic complexity, where fresh scents of white flowers, citrus notes, and a touch of ripe white fruit emerge, accompanied by a pleasant savoriness and a lively structure. On the palate it stands out for its fine effervescence accompanied by a delicate balance between acidity and softness, making this Brut elegant and very versatile.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers based on raw fish or shellfish, but is also successfully suited to accompany vegetarian dishes and delicate first courses. An expression of freshness and purity, capable of enhancing every moment of conviviality.
