Bolla's Spumante Brut Cuvée, produced following the Charmat Method, is a refined example of Venetian sparkling wine that combines winemaking tradition with modern production techniques. This sparkling wine stands out for its freshness, liveliness and balanced aromatic profile, the result of a careful selection of white grapes which enhance the typicality and elegance of the wine.

The Charmat Method, used for the production of this sparkling wine, involves the second fermentation in large closed containers (autoclaves) to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes and obtain a fine and persistent perlage. This technique emphasizes the freshness and aromatic intensity of the wine, making it particularly suitable as an aperitif or paired with light dishes.

Visually, it presents a pale straw yellow colour, bright and captivating, embellished with a fine and constant perlage that dances in the glass. On the nose, it offers an elegant and composed bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a touch of citrus, which give the wine an inviting freshness and olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a light but structured body, with a well-balanced acidic freshness that intertwines harmoniously with delicate fruity and mineral notes. The finish is clean and dry, typical of the Brut style, with a persistent aftertaste that leaves a pleasantly refreshing sensation.

Ideal as an aperitif, Bolla's Spumante Brut Cuvée pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish dishes, seafood and sushi. Its elegance and versatility also make it suitable for celebrating special occasions and for accompanying convivial moments with grace and refinement.

With its Spumante Brut Cuvée "Charmat Method", Bolla expresses its ability to produce high quality sparkling wines, offering a tasting experience that perfectly balances freshness, aromaticity and pleasantness, in line with the Venetian winemaking tradition.
