Terre Siciliane Bianco IGP Mar’è from Cantina Colosi is born from native grape varieties grown on the volcanic hills of Etna, a unique terroir that gives the wine character and freshness. This white, the result of careful winemaking, expresses an elegant aromatic profile, with hints of citrus, white flowers, and light mineral notes that recall the lava soil of the area. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its structure, making it the perfect companion for seafood dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses.

The aging method includes a brief passage in steel, thus preserving the freshness and purity of the original aromas. Mar’è fully represents the richness of the Sicilian wine heritage, with a modern approach respectful of local tradition, offering a sensory experience that immediately transports you to the sunny coasts of the island.
