Lis Vedranis, in its Spumante Brut Rosé Metodo Classico version, expresses an elegant, restrained profile. Of a pale pink with a very fine, persistent perlage, it opens with notes of wild strawberries and rose petals, with a citrus hint that brings freshness; contact with the yeasts is felt in light bready sensations that balance the fruity component. On the palate it is lively and brisk, supported by fresh acidity and a sapidity that enhances its structure without weighing it down; the sip is taut, with good persistence, and fruity returns that finish with a pleasant minerality.

It works well both as an aperitif and to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, sushi, preparations with delicate cured meats and light first courses; it also stands up well to white meat dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, in not-too-wide glasses, to capture the freshness and finesse that the Metodo Classico confers: an everyday table wine with character, able to deliver versatility and pleasure in each sip.
