Spumante Cuvée Extra Dry from Setterocche presents a fine, lively perlage and a pale straw color with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers an immediate, welcoming profile: white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a touch of citrus that gives freshness, while a slight leesy-aromatic texture suggests delicate notes of freshly baked bread. It is not overpowering: the overall impression remains elegant and designed for young, pleasant drinking. The structure is light, intended for easy drinking and to accompany informal moments without weighing them down.

On the palate it confirms a balance between the softness typical of the Extra Dry category and a good acidity that keeps the sip lean; the bubbles are lively and cleanse the mouth, promoting a medium persistence that invites a second glass. Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood starters, refined shellfish preparations and finger food, and is also suited to lightly sweet desserts. It works well in buffets and brunches, and can be the right choice for those looking for a sparkling wine that is not too dry but versatile. Serve very cold and in flutes to enhance its freshness and perlage.
