Spumante Cuvee Pietra Extra Brut Trento Riserva DOC by Tenute San Leonardo displays a restrained, measured character. The perlage is fine and persistent, while the aromatic profile offers fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers, with delicate hints of toasted bread and almond that confer a subtle complexity. The initial impression is dry and vibrant: freshness and sapidity balance a solid structure without weighing down the palate.

On the palate tension and clarity emerge, with a balance centered on lively acidity and a linear progression that leads to a long, sapid finish with citrus echoes. It is recommended to serve it at around 6-8 °C; it works very well as an aperitif and pairs with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate fried dishes and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to more structured fish dishes thanks to its persistence and the clarity of its profile.
