Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Sburoun is a Metodo Classico Brut IGT sparkling wine that pairs freshness and nerve with a pleasant creaminess. In the glass it shows a fine, continuous perlage; the aromatic profile recalls white flowers, green apple and a light note of leavened dough, without overlapping aromas. The fine, persistent bubbles contribute to a silky mouthfeel that envelops the palate, while the finish remains flavorful and of good persistence.

Its lean character makes it versatile: it accompanies seafood starters, shellfish, raw fish preparations and fresh cheeses, but it also stands up well to vegetable dishes and light fried foods. Serve chilled, in tulip glasses to enhance its aromatic evolution in the glass; it is a discreet companion for aperitifs and festive moments, ideal when you’re looking for an elegant, unobtrusive sparkle. It also lends itself to reinterpretation in sparkling-based cocktails for those who want a dry, fragrant component.
