The R'Osè Spumante from the Rinaldini Agricultural Company is an exhilarating interpretation of rosé sparkling wine, which reflects the excellence and winemaking passion of Emilia-Romagna. The company, guided by a philosophy that combines respect for tradition and oenological innovation, stands out for the production of high quality wines and sparkling wines, the result of a scrupulous selection of grapes and winemaking methods careful to enhance the expressiveness of the terroir .

R'Osè stands out for its lively character and freshness, the result of a skilful process that begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by a vinification that involves a short cold maceration to extract color and aromas, and finally the setting of foam according to the long Charmat method. This process allows you to obtain a fine and persistent bubble, which enhances the pleasantness and drinkability of the sparkling wine.

Visually, R'Osè sparkling wine presents itself with a delicate salmon pink colour, light and brilliant, which anticipates the lightness and elegance of the wine. On the nose, it opens with a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and a light nuance of currants, enriched by floral hints and a touch of bread crust, thanks to the long stay on the yeasts.

In the mouth, Rinaldini's R'Osè sparkling wine offers a perfect harmony between freshness and structure, with a bubble that caresses the palate and a lively acidity that supports its fruity flavours, leading to a clean and persistent finish. Its versatility makes it perfect both as an aperitif and in combination with a variety of dishes, from seafood to risottos, from light cured meats to fresh cheeses.

Ideal for celebrating special occasions or to add a touch of elegance to convivial moments, the Spumante R'Osè from the Rinaldini Agricultural Company represents an excellent choice for lovers of rosé sparkling wines who are looking for a wine capable of combining freshness, pleasantness and aromatic complexity .
